Nestled off Route 66 & Downtown Needles, you’ll find this small 1925 vintage charm offers everything you need & it's only 5 minutes away from Colorado River, 10 mins to Pirates Cove, 20 mins to Laughlin NV, 35 mins to Lake Havasu AZ.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath casita has 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa-bed, 1 twin rollaway bed, RV/boat parking with hook-ups, outdoor seating, jacuzzi, fire pit & much more.

This 1925 early 20th-century charm is Needles’ Route 66 hidden gem. A little secret paradise you will fall in love with. Her imperfections make her perfectly rustic and vintage.

As a one-bedroom, one-bathroom small 570-square-foot home, I was able to create an illusion of the space being larger than it is. Furniture, appliances, big and small touches, were all measured to fit this space perfectly.

My intention was to create a cozy home away from home experience, with all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing, carefree stay.

You have access to home, all outside property boundaries. The back storage garage is the only area our guests do not have access to.

Quiet, no side neighbors, home at the end of a culdesac.

Right side parking has Rv electricity hook-ups and water if needed. Please let me know if you intend to use them.
